These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bidonbot.com and its tools (the "service"), operated by David VanWagoner, a sole proprietor. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
BIDonBOT identifies resale items from a photo or search, retrieves live comparable prices from eBay, and shows pricing math and a Flip / Thin / Pass indicator. You must be 18 or older to use the service.
Comps, fee math, and the Flip / Pass indicator are estimates for your convenience only, built from third-party data and assumptions that may be incomplete or out of date. They are not financial, investment, or business advice, and we do not guarantee that any item will sell, or sell at any particular price. You are solely responsible for your buying and selling decisions.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used abusively.

Comparable prices come from eBay and remain subject to eBay's rights, terms, and availability; the service may be limited or interrupted by changes on eBay's side. BIDonBOT is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, or Depop beyond any applicable affiliate program. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The service, its design, and its content (excluding third-party data and your own inputs) belong to us. AI-generated listing descriptions you create with the service are yours to use for your listings.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that comps and identifications will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost resale value, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BIDonBOT and its operator from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your buying or reselling decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Except for small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, before a recognized arbitration provider. You and BIDonBOT waive the right to a jury trial, and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action. If you do not wish to be bound by this arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing support@bidonbot.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out does not affect the rest of the Terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, ownership) survive termination.
We may update these Terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and post the changes here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration agreement in Section 11, any matters not subject to arbitration will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
