Help us route your message

Include the page or feature you were using and a short description of what happened. For a scan or comp problem, include the item name and the result you expected, but do not email sensitive financial information, passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card numbers, or private photos. For an account or subscription issue, write from the email address connected to the account when possible.

Privacy and accessibility

Use the same support address for privacy access, correction, or deletion requests and for accessibility feedback. The privacy policy explains how photos, searches, accounts, and payments are handled. The accessibility statement describes the current accessibility approach and how to report a barrier.

Product-specific support

BIDonBOT can explain its own tools and calculations, but marketplace accounts, listings, payouts, returns, or policy enforcement remain the responsibility of eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, or the relevant platform. Contact that marketplace directly when the issue occurs inside its service.
